Referring to paperwork and bureaucracy, I read the story of an aeronautic teacher who believed that if in the future the aliens arrive to Earth and land in an Airbus factory they’d conclude that Airbus is actually a company dedicated to produce paper, and the planes are just the means of transport.
And I agree.
The last two weeks of March I’m supposed to be on holidays, which means I’m formally entitled to do absolutely nothing. Rien. Nada. Dolce far niente. However I think I’ve spent every single morning wrestling with the red tape, filling in forms, signing docs, subscribing new contracts and unsubscribing from others. Don’t you think there are lots of people out there turning down interesting job offers just to avoid the paperwork it implies?
